Returning Students

It has been more than 2 years since I attended Middlesex Community College. You are considered a Returning Student. You must apply to the College and be readmitted before you register.

Application for Graduation

Students must complete a Graduation Application to be eligible to graduate. You can apply to graduate online or download the graduation application. Please submit this fillable form to: Registrar@middlesex.edu. Please note that there is no fee to apply for graduation.
